1295 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using any 1295 platform services. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all of the terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 1295 platform via the website 1295.bio or any associated application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1295 as the platform operator. This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online betting and gambling activities are permitted by law. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with their local laws.
- You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
- You are using the platform in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.

- You are not on any self-exclusion list or active gambling restriction programme.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 1295 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 1295 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact the support team immediately.
Users are responsible for ensuring the personal information in their account remains up to date and accurate. 1295 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including valid identification documents, prior to processing withdrawals or for other security purposes.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All 1295 platform users must comply with the rules set out herein and are prohibited from engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users. The following actions are specifically prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
- Transferring funds between accounts for the purpose of money laundering or fraudulent activities.
- Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Attempting to hack, interfere with, or damage the platform's systems, servers, or networks.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or rewards programs in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

Violating any of the rules above may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account without prior notice. In cases of confirmed fraud, 1295 reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 1295 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports several local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and online bank transfers through licensed financial institutions in Malaysia.
Deposits made into an account are non-refundable except under specific circumstances outlined in the platform's refund policy. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the chosen payment method and may change from time to time. Users are encouraged to check the current limits in their account settings before making any transaction.
Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or wallet that has been verified under the same user's name. 1295 reserves the right to decline any withdrawal request that appears suspicious or fails to meet identity verification requirements. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and are typically completed within the timeframe stated in the platform's help section.
Any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by a bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the user.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limitations: 1295 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of wagered funds, service disruptions caused by technical factors beyond the platform's control, or unfavourable betting outcomes. Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming activities carry financial risk and that game results are based on chance.
Intellectual Property: All content, designs, logos, software, and other materials on the 1295 platform are the exclusive property of 1295 or its respective licensors. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any such content without prior written consent from 1295.

These links are provided for user convenience only, and 1295 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Changes to Terms: 1295 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are advised to check this page periodically.
Account Closure or Suspension: 1295 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of confirmed fraud, breaches of these terms, illegal activity, or at the request of a relevant authority. In cases of closure due to a terms violation, any balance in the account may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 1295 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a negotiated resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate arbitration body or court of competent jurisdiction.
